A Note to Sellers
Each item you bring should be clearly tagged with the name of the item, and the quantity in the container (e.g. a bag with 10 guppies in it could say: guppies x10 or guppies 3m 7F). Be sure to leave room to add the designated auction acronym [usually the seller's initials but can also be a club's initials; we'll tell you what to write when you check in]. If possible bring a 3x5 index card already filled out with the same info as above on it as well as any other info you'd like potential buyers to know. The auctioneer gets the index card when your item is up for bid, so be sure to write anything you'd like him to say about your fish/plant/item. If you don't fill this out in advance we'll have to do it when you check in. Remember: DOUBLE BAG YOUR FISH!
